In House Tooling Facility
Our In house tooling facility gives us complete control over the quality and integrity of the design stage to ensure that the product meets the customers needs.
Our in-house capabilities allow us to manufacture aluminum dies affordably, especially when compared to alternative options. We tailor our tooling designs to match specific production quantities, employing multi-cavity tooling for high-volume production needs. Additionally, our in-house toolmaker enables swift adjustments and modifications to dies when needed, ensuring efficiency and flexibility in our manufacturing process.
Tooling Costs
Tooling costs of the aluminium dies are relatively low compared with alternative casting processes. Die life is almost indefinite and modifications can be carried out quickly by our in-house toolmaker when design changes are required.
Drawings/CAD Data
We can produce completely new tooling from Customers drawings/CAD Data using the latest CAD (Computer Aided Design) Technology.
