We incorporate our own in-house design and tooling facility, rapid prototyping, machining and finishing. We use the very latest manufacturing techniques monitored for excellence at every stage.

Quality Procedures

We have a rigorous and demanding quality management system. Our commitment to the BSI standard (BS EN
ISO 9001) provides full traceability throughout the manufacturing process as well as chemical analysis and non destructive testing (NDT).

We are committed to quality and demonstrate this by having a quality control procedure in every operation of the casting process. All materials are supplied by accredited companies giving full traceability from start to finish. We are accredited to BS EN ISO9001:2008 with BSI.
