We are constantly investing in the latest and most innovative methods of manufacture so that we can offer a faster, more efficient and more cost effective means of supply - a one stop solution. This includes up-to-the-minute humidity and temperature controlled environments (enabling tight tolerances to enhance the surface finish) and the newest de-waxing facilities which eliminate mould cracking or surface finish problems.

We have rigorous and demanding quality control procedures and our commitment to the BSI standard (BS EN ISO 9001:2008) allows us to provide full traceability throughout the manufacturing process as well as chemical analysis and Non Destructive Testing (NDT).

In-house Design Facility

Our in house design facility means that we eliminate the additional cost of having to deal with a third party design house. It also gives us the added comfort of complete control over the quality and integrity of the design stage.

In-house Tooling

The production of tools in-house is a fundamental component of our end-to-end service and allows for speedy and smooth changes with corresponding reductions in time and cost. Our in-house tool room is equipped with the most up to date software and CNC machinery.

Rapid Prototype Service

In the event that you need a rapid prototype, we are able to take a concept or CAD drawing to produce a suitable pattern using any one of the latest techniques. We can use your CAD Data or Solid Model Files and work within tight deadlines to produce Rapid Prototypes in a wide range of materials. This capability allows us to produce samples in days, rather than weeks.
